Full Job Description

*This is a part-time (20 hours per week) remote (PST) role*

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Create engaging internal communications to promote learning programs and events 
  • Design and distribute newsletters, email campaigns, and digital announcements 
  • Maintain the learning program’s intranet presence and content calendar 
  • Track and report on program engagement metrics and attendance 
  • Coordinate with department leaders to understand training needs and promote relevant courses 
  • Assist in developing promotional materials including flyers, presentations, and digital content 
  • Support the organization and execution of learning events and workshops 
  • Manage social media posts on internal platforms 
  • Collect and organize participant feedback and success stories 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of media research or marketing experience 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience with basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Organized and detail-oriented 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Ability to tell compelling stories with data 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Collaborative team player 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with internal communications 
  • Basic graphic design capabilities 
  • Data analysis and reporting skills 
  • Experience with event coordination 
  • Generative AI knowledge

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25.44 to $28.27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
