*This is a part-time (20 hours per week) remote (PST) role*
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create engaging internal communications to promote learning programs and events
- Design and distribute newsletters, email campaigns, and digital announcements
- Maintain the learning program’s intranet presence and content calendar
- Track and report on program engagement metrics and attendance
- Coordinate with department leaders to understand training needs and promote relevant courses
- Assist in developing promotional materials including flyers, presentations, and digital content
- Support the organization and execution of learning events and workshops
- Manage social media posts on internal platforms
- Collect and organize participant feedback and success stories
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of media research or marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to tell compelling stories with data
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative team player
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with internal communications
- Basic graphic design capabilities
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience with event coordination
- Generative AI knowledge

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25.44 to $28.27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
