We’re looking for a sharp Digital Marketing Specialist to guide the global media agency through to successful campaign execution for Paid Social in North America for Fossil. This role is focused on upper to mid-funnel media tactics with a focus on future-forward strategy, innovation, and best practice testing. The right candidate will be a passionate self-starter who loves to test new ideas and execute advertising campaigns.
What you will do in this role:
- Oversee day-to-day management of brand-building Paid Social campaigns, including but not limited to trafficking assets to agency, proofing ad preview links, keeping track of social status items with agency, supporting social platform management needs and troubleshoot issues, etc.
- Monitor and oversee Paid Social performance, holding agency accountable to reaching KPIs and actively participating in weekly calls to share insights with cross-functional teams
- Assist in managing creative request process, collaborating with integrated marketing team and agency, to ensure creative needs are met and best practices are implemented
- Collaborate with organic social team on influencer marketing efforts to effectively amplify content across Paid Social channels, ensuring alignment with social strategy
- Support the development of the Global Media and Paid Social Strategy for Fossil, ensuring that proposed strategy is relevant and drives key business results
- Assist in managing Fossil global budget across brand and performance media channels, including tracking media budgets, building purchase orders, and processing invoices
- Deploy audiences to paid media platforms in collaboration with measurement team, working directly in CDP tool
- Build and maintain strong relationships, acting as key partner and collaborator, with CRM team, global brand marketing, vendors, partners, agency and other cross-functional departments
- Closely monitor industry changes/ trends and translate those into proactive, actionable recommendations and share those opportunities with cross-functional teams as appropriate, keeping Fossil top-of-mind for innovative testing and value adds
- 3-5 years of experience in cross-platform media strategy, planning, and performance/analytics, preferably at an agency or in-house
- Strong familiarity and experience working with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Social Pixel, GA4, Salesforce Audience Studio and Ad Studio, and other emerging platforms
- Agile and curious with a growth mindset and strong lean towards action and ownership
- Ability to partner and collaborate easily with in house teams and external vendors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

The pay range for this role is $57,000 – $65,000. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including skills, experience and location.
