Full Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative.

Position type: Full-time (Contract)

Duration: 3 Months (Contract to Hire)

Location: Westborough, MA 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be:

  • Providing quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
  • Providing product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.
  • Responding to customer inquiries. Investigating and correcting errors in customer accounts and statements.
  • Maintaining correspondent accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks.
  • Entering information a computerized database.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1 year of customer service experience is required.
  • Finance/Business industry experience is preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: <$20.00 - $25.00 per hour>

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
