This person needs to be structured, organized, highly dependable, team-oriented, and supportive. Employee should take great pride in their work. They must possess excellent listening, mathematical skills, technical aptitude, and work under pressure. It is a challenging and rewarding work environment which is rapidly growing. Ability to create and modify CAD models and custom specifications. Customer approvals, grille alignment, production packets, and other CAD needs for delivery partners and customers. To maintain and ensure expected standards and best practices are being followed during model creation. Responds to customer/delivery partner requests/inquiries. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: Associates level degree in architectural technology or related field and a minimum of two years of related work experience; or a minimum of four years of experience in construction and/or window industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn between $26.50/hr and $38.40/hr. PROFIT SHARING: In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
