Job duties include but not limited to: Operations in a Soy Bean Processing facility. Included, but not limited to sanitation, record keeping, housekeeping and team duties.

Core Functions:

Operating all aspects of Operations, including recordkeeping, Lab duties, sanitation, and team duties.
Keep all work areas buildings and grounds clean at all times.
Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
Actively participate in all aspects of safety including near-miss reporting and meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Understand and communicate clearly throughout the facility.
Know and follow all safety, environmental, and emergency procedures.

Skill/Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
Strong Communication skills
Ability to work at varying heights is required
Ability to take instruction and work as a team with others is required
Position requires work indoors & outdoors in extreme temperature depending on season.
Ability to work safely and follow policies and procedures
Ability to work in a team environment
Willing to work overtime and flexible hours when needed
Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces
Good attendance
