Corporate Support Services (CSS) is hiring for a talented entry-level technician/support engineer. The person who fills this role will need to apply their knowledge of computer software, hardware, mobile devices, and policies to drive employee productivity and efficiency. They will also field desk-side support issues from users consisting of application troubleshooting, configuration and installation of new hardware, software installation and upgrades, as well as desk/office moves and management of computing resources in remote locations. Additional responsibilities will include remote US and international office visits, upgrading / repairing user and conference room hardware, office walkthroughs and performing on-site conferencing technology maintenance.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent
- Availability to work full-time in-office (this position does not support remote/hybrid work) – Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with occasional weekend and after-hours work as required
- Experience in Windows 11, MacOS, iOS, Android
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Basic networking experience – wired, wireless, cellular
- Strong interpersonal communication skills required to support users in a diverse professional environment
- Availability for domestic and international travel, up to 20% of time
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
- Certifications are a plus – e.g. A+, MCITP, N+
- PowerShell or any other scripting experience is a plus

The budgeted salary range for this position in the state of New York is $55,000 - $70,000.
