JOB SUMMARYThe Coordinator, Corporate Partnership's primary responsibilities are working with the Corporate Partnership team in a support role to successfully implement corporate programs and projects. They will oversee external and internal resources to manage projects through completion. This position focuses on the support of driving commercial value for each LPGA partner leveraging property specific assets and ownership platforms. In addition, this role will work very closely with other business units and key constituents of LPGA Tour. This role will play an integral role in overall partner growth and retention efforts for the LPGA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist Partnerships with managing the LPGA's relationship with current marketing partners with ongoing communications.
  • Tracking and coordination of tournament assets for partners across the season.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gain input and contribute to the success of LPGA partner programs.
  • Manage the Proof of Performance monthly process for LPGA partners.
  • Generate pre-, monthly and end-of-season reports to assist in assessing overall effectiveness current partnerships.
  • Be knowledgeable and continually update each team on all ongoing projects.
  • Handle other special projects and assignments as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree required, emphasis in Business, Marketing, Sports Marketing, or another related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment, sports, and entertainment industry highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; must be able to independently write professional, error-free correspondence.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent service to all clients and team members.
  • Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage emergent issues. Possess a high level of energy and be self-motivated.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and demonstrate flexibility when workload or priorities change.
  • Detail oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint, photoshop).
  • Experience with Windows software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required.
  • Ability to travel on a periodic basis as needed (20%).
