Apex Systems is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our partner for a long-term contract, hybrid position (2-3 days onsite) in Vienna, VA.

Overview:
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time, W2, LTC
Location: Vienna, VA
Shift/Schedule: Hybrid Onsite (2-3 days) Standard EST Core Hours
Compensation: $50/hr - $57/hr (rate dependent upon experience)
Qualifications:
o At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, ideally supporting executive search or recruitment and/or licensed professional level positions
o Confidently engage with senior-level internal stakeholders and high-caliber candidates, both in-person and over the phone
o Familiar with discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
o Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and ability to meet deadlines
o Proactive and collaborative approach to tasks and projects
o Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
o Showcase strong interpersonal skills to build trust and strengthen relationships, resulting in ability to positively influence others
