Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager Business Services, the Consumer Care Associate Business Services Analyst will partner with our our teams such as Customer Quality, Brand Communications, Marketing, R&D, Legal, and the Microphysical Lab, and consumers/customers and outside agencies, to investigate, document, and resolve product concerns and inquiries communicated through customer platforms. The analyst will also work with external third-party call center partners to ensure quality interactions.
You Will:
Partner with our teams and external agencies to address product concerns and inquiries.
Work with third-party call center partners to ensure quality interactions.
Develop, refine, and train processes for effective resolution of consumer and customer contacts via multiple platforms.
Track and trend contacts and potential issues related to food safety and quality using Salesforce and Power BI reporting.
Turn insights into actionable strategies.
Handle conflict situations effectively.
Champion of continuous improvement ideas regarding efficiencies and overall insights that may positively impact the business.
Analyze metrics across multiple channels to recommend ways to optimize performance, identify problems and opportunity, and propose solutions.
Project management and facilitation of new processes and tool functionality.
Work across geographies and cultures.
Practice influence and peer collaboration; gets work done through others.
Escalation point of contact for internal and external partners.
You Have:
Skills Requirements
Proficiency in using data to identify service opportunities with third-party partners.
Strong experience in Salesforce and Power BI or similar tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Conflict resolution skills.
Strategic approach and critical thinking skills.
Position Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business related field and 2 or more years of experience required.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
(Microsoft Office) including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Domestic and International travel may be required.
Work and perform in a fun, agile and fast paced business environment.
Ability to work 3 days per week in our Omaha office: Tues, Weds & Thurs
