Position Overview

Manatt Health is seeking a highly qualified individual to support the Consultant Engagement team on crucial workforce/resource management processes and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with demonstrated success in providing administrative support within a fast-paced matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative oversight of resource management processes and project resource plans on HRIS platform Workday including reviewing and validating forecasts
  • Assist with facilitating consultant profile creation and tracking in Workday
  • Review consultant time entry and forecast compliance and conduct appropriate follow-up with delinquent individuals
  • Maintain consultant time off tracker
  • Manage Consultant Engagement team’s folder structure and filing of documentation on document management platform iManage
  • Maintain trackers for ongoing Consultant Engagement projects, activities, and deliverables
  • Serve as the Consultant Engagement team’s primary contact for scheduling, organizing and facilitating internal team meetings and meetings with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and document key takeaways
  • Assist with Consultant Engagement team travel arrangements and coordinate related logistics (e.g., bookings, expenses, reimbursements)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of administrative or coordinator experience, preferably in a consulting firm, law firm, or similar professional services organization
  • Skilled communicator who can effectively interface with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to independently and efficiently prioritize duties and maintain an organized task schedule
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Experience with Workday a plus
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work core hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Strong work ethic and desire to develop the function and grow with it

The base annual pay range for this role is between $60,000-$75,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. A full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
