Oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community engagement outreach and activities that support the network's mission. Job DutiesSupports strategic partnerships, advocacy groups, outreach, and major network events.Designs, implements, attends, and evaluates community engagement activities for advocacy groups and community events.Oversees event or program management including communications, collaboration, logistics, and operationalization.Manages overall communications with leadership, external groups, and internal audiences.Cultivates and maintains existing collaborative relationships within the community.Completes administrative tasks associated with budgeting, invoicing, and fulfilling partner and sponsorship elements.Acts as a liaison or representative on behalf of the network to outside organizations.Analyzes and measures results of community engagement programs.Facilitates the acquisition of appropriate network resources for public relations initiatives.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in public relations, communications, journalism, advertising, marketing, business, or event management. 2 years in public relations, community engagement, or event management. Public speaking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Physical DemandsLift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.Job Description Disclaimer: This position description provides the major duties/responsibilities, requirements and working conditions for the position.
