REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop a variety of different content to support communications efforts, including emails, newsletters, website, materials, FAQ's, and presentations.
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of project information, training materials, and instructional processes.
  • Monitor and manage numerous project timelines to ensure milestones, priorities, and deadlines are on track for completion.
  • Create communications templates to build a resource toolkit for recurring initiatives and inquiries.
  • Build a project management plan and system to organize all communications projects and assets.
  • Coordinate volunteers, support staff, vendors and more to support community events.
  • Respond to and support all staff requests regarding information related to projects.
  • Respond to each inquiry, whether from a customer, vendor, or co-worker in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
  • Strict adherence to brand style guides, customer-facing terminology and other relevant policies for external communications and marketing.
  • Develop a content review and approval process for stakeholders to foster collaboration and deadline compliance.
  • Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.
  • Uphold the rights and interests of the Authority while building and maintaining an effective relationship with employees.
  • Perform related duties and projects as assigned.
  • Ability to occasionally work outside of regular working hours to support communication and education-related initiatives in the field.
