Co-Occurring Clinician

Riverside is seeking a passionate Co-Occurring Clinician to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals!

In this vital role, the Co-Occurring Clinician will:

  • provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for consumers of the program with co-occurring (substance use and mental health) concerns
  • facilitates an integrated team approach in the consumer’s care plan with inclusion of CBHC services provided by Peer Specialist, Care Coordinator, nursing, and psychiatry
  • will develop individual treatment plan for psychotherapy needs as well as a service plan which coordinates and integrates all of the components of the CBHC team members in collaboration with the consumer.

Payrate: Depending on Productivity and Licensure -

  • Unlicensed Clinician - $66,950 - $72,100/salaried
  • Independent Licensure - $70,040 - $75,190/salaried

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday with potential for hybrid work. There is a requirement to work at least one weeknight until 8pm. There is significant financial incentive for weekend work.

Required Skills

  • Will demonstrate competencies in all required evidenced based practices as determined by CBHC

Required Experience

  • Masters Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
  • At least two years experience working with individuals struggling with mental health and/or substance use disorders, including assessment, diagnosis and counseling
  • Must meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
