Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading global law firms, with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Cloud Applications Administrator. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Cloud Solutions & Mobility, the Cloud Applications Administrator is responsible for the oversight and ownership of our third-party SaaS based applications. This role also provides support related to the firm’s Cloud Solutions & Mobility and related project work.
This position will reside in our Philadelphia office and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.
Responsibilities:
Administer the SaaS enterprise applications including updates, security vulnerability resolution, parameters, connectivity and business process creation.
Lead the implementation of SaaS applications and solutions.
Assess and document the settings, implementation, security and administration for SaaS platforms.
Collaborate with vendors on troubleshooting reported issues.
Review, evaluate, and select functionality from third party platform’s APIs.
Monitor SaaS application releases and collaborate with internal teams on upgrade impacts and update documentation, as necessary.
Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Utilize automation software to streamline business process applications.
Identify and initiate process improvements, document potential problems and resolutions.
Serve as the owner of all current documentation including business cases, workflow diagrams, Jira/Confluence, etc.
Collaborate with the Cloud Solutions & Mobility team to maintain in-depth familiarity with mobility system design.
Participate as part of a cross functional team for various systems and programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Professional verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
Interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Strategic initiative-taker and problem solving skills with a focus on customer service.
Project management and planning/organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands.
Proven experience of reviewing, testing, integrating from third party platform’s APIs to system enhance functionality and user experience.
Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs, including testing to ensure robust, reliable and scalable integrations.
Well-versed in explaining provisioning approaches for SaaS; SCIM, JIT, and Data Feed.
Knowledge of Azure and M365 fundamentals; Proven experience with Excel and M365 applications.
