Job Title: Closer/ Post-Closing Specialist

Duration: 6 Months Contract (Possibility of extension)

Location: St Louis, MO 63102

Overview:

• Manage the real estate closing process, including compliance with contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, and company policies

Closer Skills Requirement:

• Experience providing escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, and refinance.
• Initial closing disclosures, balancing, scheduling, and compiling final closing documents.

Post Closing Requirement:

• 1-2 years of experience in auditing Mortgage loan documentation and/or submitting documents to the county for recording via an electronic recording platform.
• Understanding of mortgage loan documents and the ability to identify recordable documents.
