Your Role: Clinical Social Work Supervisor
As a Clinical Social Work Supervisor with YouthConnect, you'll be at the forefront of change, guiding a team of passionate clinical social workers. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the futures of youth in our community. In your role, you will have the opportunity to build your own direct practice, as well.
What You'll Do - Responsibilities:
- Contribute to YouthConnect's and BGCB's mission, vision and program priorities and goals.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision, coaching and guidance for assigned clinical staff.
- Oversee initial home visits and assessments.
- Collaborate on triaging new client referrals in a timely manner.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Offer immediate support during client emergencies.
- Co-lead clinical program meetings and facilitate professional development trainings.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Contribute to staff training and onboarding initiatives.
- Represent YouthConnect in key community and police department meetings.
- Advocate for program needs with external partners.
- Leador support clinical-based groups and projects.
- Enhance program visibility through external presentations and trainings as needed.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Ensures weekly review and management of caseload and productivity.
- Ensures clients/families have timely access to care provided by our team.

Position Requirements:
- Master's in social work (MSW) and LICSW.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in clinical settings.
- 3+ years of experience working with urban youth and families.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to provide and accept feedback through the supervision process.
- Cultural competency and flexibility are essential.
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License and access to reliable transportation for community-based work
Note: This position may require occasional evening or weekend hours.
License and CertificationsPreferred: LIC CLINICAL SOC WORKER
Work Experience
2 years: Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience (clinical supervision)
Education
Required: Masters
