(PPNCNY) provides the highest quality healthcare, education, and advocacy to ensure the right and ability of all individuals to manage their own sexual and reproductive health - no matter what. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role has significant responsibility and influence, both in terms of serving the local community and contributing to the national organization's priorities and strategies. The impact of PPNCNY's patient services and programming for the individuals and communities of the North Country is direct, immediately evident, and often life changing. ORGANIZATION

PPNCNY is a health services, education, and advocacy not-for-profit corporation 501(c)(3) and affiliate of Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA). PPNCNY is a large, complex organization offering an array of comprehensive medical services, educational programming, and advocacy opportunities with seven health centers spanning six counties across the region. PPNCNY works with rural, predominately low socio-economic communities in Northern New York and provides essential patient services and care for underserved patients, LGBTQIA+ rights, gender-affirming care, and abortion services not available elsewhere. PPNCNY provides high-quality, affordable family planning and reproductive health care for nearly 12,000 people in the North Country each year. annually. A shared service model for finance and IT operations optimizes resources and organizational efficiency, and the affiliation with the national federation creates a platform for visibility, recognition, impact and support.

PPNCNY consistently ranks in the top 5% nationally for employee engagement within PPFA and, since 2021, in the top quartile of medical practices across the country in patient satisfaction (Source: Press Ganey). The working culture of the current, tenured team is relationship-centered, collaborative, and cohesive. Most staff are also community members and are aware of the unique challenges and needs through connections, personal relationships and shared lived/living experiences.

Located adjacent to the Adirondack Mountains, PPNCNY is home to world-class outdoor recreation and natural beauty, charming towns and villages, and a short drive to Ottawa, Canada, New York City, and New England, home to rich culture and history. With holistic educational programming, passionate and dedicated people, and a commitment to DEI, PPNCNY is supported by a staff of 70, governed by a ten-member board, and financially healthy with approximately $8.5M in revenue.
