Chemist
Where will you work: Onsite – Riverview, FL (8813 S US Hwy 41
Riverview, FL 33578)
The Chemist position is responsible for managing supplies, maintaining equipment, preparing reagents/calibration standard. This position is responsible for providing research and evaluation of new equipment and procedures.
What will you do?
Manage lab supplies and equipment.
Provide reagents, standardized solutions, and calibration standards.
Develop, test and publish new methods of analysis as required.
Train lab and plant personnel to perform analysis.
Perform non-routine chemical analysis.
Conduct research and evaluations on prospective analytical equipment purchases for both lab and on-line applications.
Perform routine maintenance as well as troubleshooting and repair services on all lab equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What do you need for this role?
Bachelors Degree required with a major in Science or Chemistry.
1+ years of Related Experience required.
Microsoft Office experience
