This role is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and/or optimization of systems/platforms by analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated solutions. With a focus on design, automated solutions, technical implementation, process improvements, and training, this role ensures systems and/or platforms are implemented and maintained effectively to provide the best ROI.

Responsibilities

·       Acts as primary technical resource for tools within the GTM tech stack, working collaboratively across multiple functional areas from conception to implementation of business system changes.

·       Leads implementation, configuration, and/or optimization efforts.  Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales systems, processes, and procedures.

·       Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to customize and create solutions that support overall business strategies, including creating custom fields, workflows, and automations.  Identifies business requirements and translates into detailed technical system requirements.

·       Designs and optimizes contact lifecycle stage management processes and lead management processes, including lead scoring, and routing, within all associated GTM stack tools.

·       Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and assists in the creation of system specifications that drive system development and implementation.

·       Develops and implements data management strategies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data.  Develops and maintains reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and measure the effectiveness of related efforts.

·       Provides training and support to users across the organization to ensure users are proficient and leveraging capabilities effectively.  May lead the day-to-day work of the team and/or various projects.

·       Stays informed about new features and updates to tools within the GTM stack, and evaluates potential impact on operations and strategies.

Who We’re Looking For

·       Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, information technology, or related field (or international equivalent), or equivalent experience, required.

·       5+ years of related experience including experience in implementing and configuring HubSpot for marketing, sales, and/or customer service purposes, required.

·       8+ years of related experience, preferred.

·       Strong industry knowledge with the understanding of best practices and processes related to the configuration, deployment, integration, management, and maintenance of systems and/or platforms.

·       Technical acumen with an understanding of a platform’s capabilities and limitations.

·       Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

·       Strong project management skills with the ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects and/or programs of increasing complexity through monitoring progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

·       Highly skilled in analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths/weaknesses of alternative solutions, analyze costs and benefits, evaluate options, and implement solutions while managing resources appropriately.

·       Technical skills with the ability to utilize industry related tools.

·       Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.

·       Must be 18 years of age or older.

·       Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.

·       Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
