Business Intelligence Developer (Nashville, TN
Using your strong expertise in business analytics and development and maintenance of reports and dashboards, your role will be to build and maintain dashboards in PowerBI and reports in Excel for analytic product owners and their stakeholders in the North American Market.
Your role:
Work within a Product team consisting of Product Owners and Data Engineers to design and deliver dashboards and reports in PowerBI and Excel.
Create wireframes and perform walkthroughs with end-users and stakeholders prior to development.
Works with the Product Team to prioritize and quickly resolve break/fixes.
Create documentation for administration and Tier 1 and Tier 2 support resources to properly maintain post-delivery.
Support training & adoption resources in development of Job aids, FAQ documents and other training materials/assets.
Ensure the quality, integrity, and reliability of analytic products and applications.
Monitor analytic product adoption and ensure performance and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Azure technologies in business intelligence and automation.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, mathematics, economics, statistics or a related field
4+ years delivering analytic solutions such as dashboards or reports in PowerBI
Strong knowledge of Azure services and Sharepoint
Experience with data processing languages such as PowerQuery, DAX, and SQL
Experience with agile methodologies on Azure DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in Healthcare or Medical Technology Sectors, preferred
Experience with Azure AI services, preferred
Experience with Python and Scala, preferred
Experience with PowerAutomate and PowerApps or other no-code/low-code platforms or automation platforms such as UI Path, preferred

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office-based role.
