Vice President, Finance and Business Solutions Accor Management US Inc. is looking for a Vice President, Finance and Business Solutions to provide strategic leadership, functional guidance, and valuable insights to Dirs of Finance & Business Support for other residential properties within Accor. Position is based in Los Angeles, CA. RQD: Employer will accept 3 yrs of college-level coursework in pursuit of Bach Deg in Accounting, Economics, Business or Finance & 7 yrs of exp in Multi-Site Dir of Finance, Mixed-Use Hotels. In addition, the following specific skills are required: 7 yrs of exp preparing multi-property hotel financial stmts including monthly & annual reports; accounting control procedures; managing & supporting budget & forecast activities; and, overseeing the financial audit process; 3 yrs of exp preparing mixed-use hotel/HOA financial stmts including monthly & annual reports; accounting control procedures; managing & supporting budget & forecast activities; &, overseeing the financial audit process; 3 yrs of exp with HOA Mgmt, (Residential Whole-Ownership HOA Mgmt, Fractional-Ownership HOA Mgmt, combination Whole-Ownership & Fractional HOA Mgmt, &/or single location multiple HOA properties responsibilities) including financial stmts including monthly & annual reports; accounting control procedures; managing & supporting budget & forecast activities; &, overseeing the financial audit process; &, 1 yr of exp with capital mgmt & opening new hotels. Ability to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10-15% of the time.
