Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Supervisor - BCBA Supervisor

Great opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst Supervisor! In this vital role, the Board Certified Behavior Analyst Supervisor provides behavioral assessment and clinical intervention for individuals of the program. 

The BCBA Supervisor will also:

  • develop behavioral programming and plans tailored to the individual’s behavioral needs, including periodic reviews of treatment plan
  • provide direct clinical supervision of Riverside's Residential BCBA’s

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm; Hybrid; Travel to programs In Massachusetts required

Pay Rate: $92,651.73/year

Required Skills

  • Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
  • Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle

Required Experience

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology or Counseling
  • At least two years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Prior experience with clinical supervision
  • Current certification or certification eligible by The Behavior Analyst Certification Board®, Inc.
  • Must meet all requirements leading to an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
