Position Overview
The Associate Director, Media will oversee the development and execution of strategic media campaigns, driving demand generation and optimizing customer engagement through various digital channels. This role requires a creative and analytical individual to enhance brand visibility and ensure effective communication of marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies to drive demand generation and customer acquisition.
- Manage media buying and budget optimization across various channels, including paid search, social media, and programmatic platforms.
- Utilize analytics and measurement systems to assess campaign performance and ROI, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute successful email marketing and CRM initiatives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee foot traffic analytics and customer database segmentation to optimize targeting and lead nurturing efforts.
- Collaborate with external media agencies and partners to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
- Present detailed insights and recommendations to stakeholders, showcasing the impact of media initiatives on overall marketing performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in media planning, buying, and analytics, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, CRM, email marketing, SEO, and various media channels.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and measurement systems to drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to present complex information clearly.
- Experience in managing budgets and P&L, with a keen eye for optimizing media spend and maximizing ROI.
