The Department invites applications for a tenure-track Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) Field Coordinator position at the rank of Assistant Professor, with a preferred start date of January 2025. This is a 9-month, full-time position with additional summer teaching for additional pay to oversee summer field placements. The successful candidate will lead and manage all aspects of BSW field education programming including field supervision, placements, related curriculum, and accreditation-related responsibilities. In addition to the .50 FTE dedicated to these responsibilities, the Field Coordinator will teach in the BSW Program, as well as engage in scholarship and service. The successful candidate will have a strong record of teaching, an active research/scholarship agenda, and a demonstrated commitment to service. Opportunities to teach in the MSW program may emerge as the program becomes established.
