The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Overseeing the entire Rooms Division including training, staff development and scheduling.

Maintaining highest brand standards.

Analyzing rate variances and maintaining close observation of daily house counts.

Monitoring labor expenses through schedule approval process.

This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Qualifications

Progressive Hotel Management experience

Clear and concise written and verbal communication

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills

Ability to be on feet for long periods of time and the ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight

Service oriented style with professional skills

Experience developing standards and operating procedures
