Volt is immediately hiring for a Assembler in Santa Maria, CA
As a Repair Technician, you will:
- Assemble and prepare items for shipment.
- Follow production guidelines and specifications.
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
- Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
- Other tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to read blueprints in English.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Good technical and mechanical skills
- Ability to follow directions accurately.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
This is a contract to hire opportunity.
Shift: Monday - Friday
1st 6 AM to 2:30 PM
2nd 2:30 PM to 11 PM
Pay Rate: $16 to $18.40 Hourly.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
