Job Description:
What You'll Do:
- Create design proposals based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to transform current processes and legacy systems to industry best standards and technologies.
- Lead the assessment of feature requirements, document technical gaps, and determine development needs with a focus on performance efficiency and cost optimization.
- Develop solution options by analyzing and translating business capabilities into solution concepts and models.
- Assist in applying strategy and addressing issues and risks related to integration and interoperability.
- Help develop end-to-end architecture, including system landscapes, integration points, data models, and technical components.
- Recommend technology and process solutions to address gaps.
- Provide models and diagrams depicting current and future state IT and business landscapes.
- Design integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of functional/technical experience, including industry process knowledge, solution expertise, consultation skills, and deployment experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
- Experience with Cloud Run, Data Flow, Cloud SQL, Big Query, and related GCP services.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience as an SAP Solution Architect or SAP Technical Lead.
- Data-centric architecture experience.
- Experience in SAP module configuration.
- Automotive or similar manufacturing industry experience.
- Experience working in a global team and an onshore/offshore team model.
- Experience working with a Systems Integrator.
- Overall SAP S/4 knowledge.
- Strong project management skills with effective communication and collaboration.
- Respect and empathy for team members, business partners, and product customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and prevention skills.
- Knowledge of software design patterns.
- Practical experience with agile delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver product roadmap milestones.
