The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects.These opportunities in our Human Health Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.
As an intern in the US Oncology Business Insights & Analytics team, you will play a supportive role within the Human Health Digital and Data Analytics (HHDDA) group. Your primary responsibility will be to assist marketing stakeholders by providing data-driven insights that will help inform commercial decisions. In this role, you will collaborate with team members to identify business questions and support the development of scalable solutions and insights that align with key business priorities.
You will also have the opportunity to assist in measuring the impact of promotional programs and gathering insights that can optimize future marketing strategies. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and can communicate complex ideas effectively, helping to present findings to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to support the identification and definition of business questions.
Assist in the development of data-driven insights that will contribute to marketing strategies.
Contribute to the measurement of promotional program impacts and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
Help create concise presentations that summarize key findings and insights for stakeholders.
Engage in hands-on analytics to validate insights using multiple data sources.
Requirements:
Candidates must be able to commit to full-time onsite (or hybrid if applicable) employment at our Upper Gwynedd, PA location for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June 2025
Strong communication skills to assist in presenting insights and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
Ability to create clear and concise presentations that aid in decision-making for marketing efforts.
Basic project management skills, with the ability to support multiple analytical tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to learn about data analysis methodologies and techniques.
Familiarity with analytical software or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, or Excel) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience or coursework in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or Oncology is a plus.
Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare data is a plus
Basic understanding of predictive modeling or marketing analytics concepts is a bonus.
Education:
Currently pursuing a graduate degree in a relevant field (i.e. MBA, Master of Science, Master of Healthcare Administration)

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$39,600.00 - $105,500.00
