Description:Plans utilization of office and lab space with requirements of organizational efficiency, and available facilities and funds. Plans, coordinates, and allocates office and lab space for all locations. Develops and recommends long-range plans to meet future office and lab space needs. Formulates, recommends, and ensures compliance with approved standards and policies relating to office and lab space and furnishings. May provide liaison with owners of rented office space in matters relating to planning and implementation of alterations/leasehold improvements, occupancy, and adherence to lease allowance and terms.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Experience reading and executing architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
- Must have the ability to learn AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Desired Skills:
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of laboratory, factory/manufacturing/assembly, and office space requirements.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
