Position type: Full time / Contract
Duration: 6 months, extendable
Location: Richmond, VA or McLean, VA - Hybrid (Mon/Fri remote, Tues - Thurs onsite)

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter:
- Full life cycle recruiting - about 3 hires per month
- Agency background or big tech background is a strong preference
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
- Recruiting Product Managers, Project Managers, Café Managers, and other types of niche skillsets nationally
- Experience with GSuite, Workday
- Must be local to either Richmond, VA (1st preference) or McLean, VA (secondary)
- Hybrid role: Mon & Fri remote / Tue-Thu onsite
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: between $30 and $40/hour W2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
