Job Description:
Job Title: Solution Architect
Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of workloads from z/OS to z/Linux.
- Oversee the migration of IMS to DB2.
- Develop strategies to remove dependency on Broadcom.
- Collaborate with the ITO team to refine, evaluate, and develop the high-level solution approach.
- Ensure the solution meets all technical and business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with z/OS, z/Linux, IMS, and DB2.
- Strong understanding of Broadcom dependencies and strategies for their removal.
- Proven track record of leading complex migration projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Job Title: Program Lead
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall program to move workloads from z/OS to z/Linux and migrate IMS to DB2.
- Coordinate with architects and the ITO team to ensure alignment and progress.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure the program stays within scope, budget, and schedule.
Qualifications:
- Strong program management experience, particularly in IT and migration projects.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with z/OS, z/Linux, IMS, and DB2 is a plus.
