As a Project Manager, you will have an opportunity to take ownership of managing the full project lifecycle of our cutting-edge energy products. Working in collaboration with internal and external customers, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver complex and innovative projects that make a real impact.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing all activities related to the supervision, organization, and execution of a service project, including scope, time, contract cost, & quality management.
  • Managing project methodologies and standards, including scheduling and control, to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Presenting project plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.
  • Handling standardized project processes ensuring any updated processes are implemented in the department.
  • Handling diverse clients in a region and works based on predefined contracts and frameworks.
  • Scheduling priority items through the different functions within the organization using Primavera/P6 / Microsoft Project.

Fuel your passion:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 4 years of experience in Project / Product deliveries.
  • 4 years building, reviewing, and adjusting schedule files. Experience with project tools, such as Primavera / P6, Microsoft Project or similar.
  • 4 years' experience building risk assessment plans, RACI and communication plans for project execution cycle.
  • 4-years' experience creating variation orders (VORs) which may include cost and pricing reviews and schedule changes.
  • Experience leading initiatives of relevant scope and impact of projects.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects or deliveries /products for the same project simultaneously.
  • Influence others and lead small teams, even indirectly since that the role can be a single contributor.
  • PMP certified professional (desirable but not mandatory, will be considered a plus)
