We are seeking a highly motivated individual to provide outstanding customer service to our diverse international clientele. Your role will be pivotal in building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.   While a minimal understanding of commercial production is expected, we are willing to train the right candidate to enhance their expertise in this area.   • Provides exceptional customer service to our international customers • Minimal understanding of commercial production • Provides product, promotion, and pricing information to international customers. Sending samples to customers. • Performs online market research on new clients to determine business viability. • Works with graphic designer to make sure packaging, product instructions, inserts, etc., are per clients request and instructions. • Maintains database of product commercials & packaging. Fulfilling client requests for masters & copies. Filling skills are required. • Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates:  • Able to travel 3 - 4 times a year for trade shows with the team.

Salary/Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
