Seeking a midlevel associate with 3-5 years of large law firm experience to join our Labor & Employment practice group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in employment litigation, including single-plaintiff cases, wage and hour and other class-action lawsuits, restrictive covenant litigation, and arbitrations. They will also have experience briefing motions, propounding and responding to discovery, including ESI discovery, and have excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, organization, writing, and analytical skills. Although, we will have a strong preference for a candidate with the above-listed experience, but we will consider others with significant non-employment litigation experience. Active Pennsylvania Bar membership is required.
