Coordinates and communicates for cybersecurity executive and operational reporting to Truist technology partners and executive leadership in alignment with Truist and regulatory requirements. Responsible for tracking relevant content for reporting needs and gathering that content from appropriate stakeholders

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Support the team responsible for the operational reporting governance model and roadmap for reporting to enterprise technology, business executive leadership, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.

  • Maintain reporting calendar and communications to cybersecurity leadership and department team members and support submission process for executive and operational reporting (Operational Reviews, Information Security Working Groups, Risk Committees, Board Reporting, Board Risk Committee, SOX Disclosures, ESG reporting, special projects, etc.).

  • Provide proactive support to stakeholders and coordinate requesting and gathering reporting content, ensure consistency and recommend improvements.

  • Assist with developing special topics and capability overviews for senior leadership reporting with assistance of cyber subject matter experts.

  • Assist with helping edit, draft, and finalize reports using strong writing, layout/formatting, and quantitative skills

  • Attend all reporting checkpoint meetings to note any action items and relevant feedback to incorporate.

  • Maintain reporting templates (i.e., capability, focus area slides, etc.) and guidance (font size/color, best practices, and verbiage examples) and ensure content submissions are in adherence.

  • Interface and partner with the cybersecurity leadership and department team members, in addition to oversight teams, to provide reporting requests and gather content on a timely basis.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in regulatory affairs, business, organizational or compliance law, or financial services

  • Five years related experience performing legal, compliance, or other duties such as risk management and/or project management

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance terms, disciplines, and frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Significant proficiency in designing reporting within Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

  • Experience with designing and aggregating reporting for executive leadership and Board audiences

  • Banking or financial services experience

  • CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or CISM Certification
