Seeking a CCS/Respite Clinical Director
*****$4,000 SIGN ON BONUS*****

The Clinical Director works as part of a diverse and multidisciplinary team, collaborating with and providing clinical guidance and consultation to Milieu counselors, Clinicians, LPNs and Certified Peer Specialists/Recovery Coaches. The CCS/Respite Clinical Director’s primary duty is to assist with the oversight and management of all aspects of the Community Crisis Stabilization and Respite Programs (CCS/Respite), manage the CCS/Respite program census, submit monthly reporting to stakeholders, act as the primary liaison to funders, develop policies and procedures, develop relationships with community collaterals and referral sources, and conduct clinical training of staff.
The Clinical Director oversees the clinical treatment and services of the CCS and Respite programs, including individual and group therapy, case management, and peer support.
The Clinical Director directly supervises the clinical, case management and peer support staff in addition to clinical interns. Additional duties include:
- completing certification for and maintaining a mastery of Respite’s Medication Administration Program (MAP)
- assisting with oversight of payroll
- the physical plant
- quality client care
- interviewing and hiring
- documentation
- building and maintaining relationships with contracted entities and collaterals
- supporting close collaboration with the Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) and Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) teams
- providing Administrative On Call (AOC) support to the CCS/Respite/MCI programs on a rotation with other CCS/Respite/MCI managers
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Salary: $87,500/year

Required Skills
- Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Basic computer fluency (including Microsoft Office)
Required Experience
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Independent licensure required, LICSW preferred
- 2 years previous management and supervisory experience within a behavioral health setting
- Previous experience/knowledge in adult mental health settings required, experience of an acute setting (e.g. inpatient, Community Crisis Stabilization, detox etc) preferred
