Starting Salary is $46,848.75 annually ($23.25/hour). Because work-life-balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week! Salary offered is dependent on skills and qualifications, with the high end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience.

• Provides support and assistance to employees handling facility and/or technical responsibilities
• Completes, prioritizes, resolves and/or escalates tactical work, routine problems, complex maintenance, repairs and root cause analysis
• Troubleshoots electronics, voice/data, network, wireless, applicable software applications and workflows
• Assists with creating or updating documentation for procedures and processes relating to maintenance, repair, electronics or IT support
• Coordinates implementation of small to medium sized projects
• Participates and assists in the creation of technical solutions for high level problems
• Assists in developing and implementing process improvements
• Assists in the training of employees and/or external associates
• Assists with all aspects of moves and execution
• Assists with all aspects of mail operations and dock receiving

• Safely produce high volumes of work on daily basis within a production environment
• Job entails routine, repetitive work as well as circumstantial duties based on priority
• Must possess acceptable levels of visual acuity, manual dexterity, and depth perception to safely operate, adjust and maintain machines and equipment
