As the Sr. Director, Federal Public Sector, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement the comprehensive strategy to help Federal Government organizations deliver next-level Customer Experience with Genesys Cloud. What do you need to have?
- Proven experience developing and leading a team of senior sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, coaching and developing the people on your team
- The ability and desire to set strategy for the Federal sector and execute on it
- Clear and effective communication skills, able to collaborate and build trust with Sales Engineering, Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing and other members of the team
- A strong customer-facing orientation and the ability to represent Genesys effectively with customer senior executives
- Demonstrated experience with complex Federal deal execution including familiarity with contract vehicles and the acquisition process
- Demonstrated ability to qualify and forecast business accurately, using MEDDPICC or similar methodology
- The ability to lead your team to grow pipeline with current customers and new logos based on well calibrated account plans
- 6+ year Sales leadership experience (Cloud or SaaS based software sales preferred)
- BS or BA degree or equivalent work-related work experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$174,800.00 - $324,600.00Benefits:
