Full Job Description

Day To Day Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues at packing stations.
  • Assist office employees with technical problems, including software installations and network connectivity.
  • Write and maintain custom scripts in PHP and SQL to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
  • Configure and maintain servers.
  • Installation, support, and maintenance of network servers, computer equipment, and connection of peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues.
  • Configuring software, modifying software configuration, and performing basic configuration management
  • Planning for and responding to service outages and other problems.
  • Providing software application assistance for commonly used office automation applications
  • Implementing client workstation software patches, security fixes, and service releases.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and documenting long-range requirements.

    • Must-Have:

  • Strong proficiency in administration.
  • Intermediate SQL experience reading/writing and understanding queries and PHP programming languages.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with network administration, including wired and wireless networks.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.

    • Nice To Have:

    • Experience working in a warehouse environment.
    • Linux experience
    • Mac troubleshooting experience

    Pay Range: $40/hr-$45/hr
