Our boutique agency client is hiring a Sr. Project Manager to join their team.
This will be onsite in LA, Monday-Thursday, the team works remote on Fridays. You may be excepted to work some weekends for events.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and deliver creative ideas that meet client objectives through live events, social media, content, emerging technology and strategic partnerships
- Lead all project inquiries from initial approach, budget, capabilities and final delivery
- Oversee and ensure the progress of projects and provide guidance and solutions to support production teams
- Strong focus on strategy and project intake
- Review creative briefs and determine best strategic approach
- Lead pitchback sessions with Creative Strategists
- Consult with clients and brands delivering high level ideas that meet client objectives
- Lead communications to continuously follow up on new and current projects and provide next steps
- Work closely with CEO and Operations to determine best internal approach for each project and throughout the RFP process
- Work closely with he CEO on budgets for new projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management or strategy
- 4+ years of relevant agency experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role + account growth
- Exceptional presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment, some day may be longer than others
- Proficient in Google Suite, Keynote, Airtable, and Basecamp
- Must be willing to travel as needed
- Strong knowledge of production, strategy, and overall agency landscape to ensure project intake shows the value of the agency and the new projects align with overall business goals and mission
