Job Title: Project/Program Manager I

Pay Rate Range: $30 - $33

Focus of this role:

• ToteASRS Solution (Tote Automated Storage and Retrieval System)
• New fulfillment solution coming out of Robotics (end-to-end solution
• Rethinking mobile robotics bringing inv to pickers)

Summary this roles:

• PPMI is what they call product launch engineer - on site running test cases, doing day-to-day coordination of testing on-site - making sure inventory is correct, test execution - would take direction from HM and PM III- co-owned work.

Day to day:

• stand up daily, coordinating what is happening on site - dependent on where they fall in schedule

• Check in with ops team running equipment - support and surveys

• Executing testing of week for test plan (active testing by him and others) - conducted user exp testing for station itself

• On-site problem solving - working with ops teams for solutions - walking process flows - on site SME

• Internal stakeholders , except for other hired contracting companies

• Collaborative work and some autonomous * will get clear direction on duties/tasks

Skills that are required:

• Looking for someone with some experience in PPM; exposure to it - particularly for this person, someone who have an engineering backgrounds, technical degree or background (like process engineer) or operations exp
• 2-4 yrs exp
