Position Summary
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies to drive and optimize marketing campaigns focused on measurable results and return on investment (ROI). They lead a team of marketing professionals, analyze data and trends, develop and manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals. The Performance Marketing Manager also stays updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of performance marketing strategies.
Essential Functions
- Work directly with the VP Field Marketing to create and manage programs that generate consumer leads for the retail loan officer
- Develop a strategic framework for building and cultivating strong, trusted relationships with key partners.
Work closely with the content, lead management, and training teams to build processes and tools that enable local loan officers and foster lead-generating efforts in their markets, with a goal of getting to the consumer first. - Key responsibility will include the sourcing and execution of performance-based marketing acquisition efforts across paid digital and physical channels including SEM, display, social, email, radio, streaming, outdoor, etc.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of relevant KPI’s as they relate to the overall marketing strategy and extract insights from campaign data, identify relevant trends and provide well developed proactive recommendations to achieve longer term marketing and sales goals and objectives
- Analyze campaign data to regularly assess the performance of campaigns with a focus on driving quality and ROI.
- Source, manage, optimize, and grow online and offline partner relationships
- Manage the full pipeline process of prospecting, qualifying, launching, optimizing, and growing new Performance Marketing partnerships that drive measurable results.
- Analyze metrics for revenue and margin opportunities, recommend and implement changes based on the results.
- Manage the campaign process end-to-end including: partner research, campaign objective development, campaign development / execution, optimization, analytics, and reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or equivalent, required. Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- Minimum seven years' experience directly related to the role.
- Minimum one year supervisory or leadership experience.
- Prior experience in real estate or the mortgage industry preferred.
- Experience in working with compliance and highly regulated industries.
- Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service within a team environment.
- Effective writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications required.

Targeted Salary Range: $107,000 to $146,000 annually
Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant’s geographical location.
