Our major healthcare client is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their team for 6 months, 40 hours/week, onsite in Alameda, CA!
The ideal Marketing Specialist should have:
- Minimum 1+ years of work experience; preferably in healthcare
- Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and database management
- Familiar with a variety of marketing activities, practices, and healthcare industry and regulations
The Marketing Specialist's Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing marketing materials for healthcare professionals. Works with graphic design partners to build engaging materials that comply with brand standards and Regulatory requirements
- Serve as a coordinator for the team's trade shows by working closely with the Meeting and Events team and assuring the various meeting components are executed efficiently
- Manage samples, print, and fulfillment of marketing materials, ensuring approved materials are delivered to the end user efficiently
- Budget, invoice, and purchase orders management responsible generation of purchase orders, invoice tracking, and budget management for the team
- Marketing resource inventory management: Ensure materials are current and approved. Communicate to the US Field Teams, announcing when new materials are available and when items need to be removed from distribution as needed
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
