JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Intern will support the execution of our Recruitment Marketing strategy and launching the new Influencer Program to attract top talent for Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH). This part-time, hybrid role allows students in their junior year of a Marketing-focused degree program to gain hands-on experience in social media strategy and recruitment marketing. The intern will work up to 29 hours per week and report to the corporate office in Dallas a few times per month. Candidates must have a minimum 3.0 GPA to qualify.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
- Assist in building and managing a recruitment marketing influencer program, collaborating with internal stakeholders to promote BSWH's employer brand.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by creating and posting engaging social media content designed to attract top talent.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitive campaigns, and emerging recruitment marketing tools.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, content organization, and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION - Currently enrolled as a Junior in a Bachelor's program with a focus in Marketing or a related field.
- GPA - Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- EXPERIENCE - Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and basic marketing principles preferred.
