The IRA Administrator evaluates and analyzes business unit operations to ensure proper application of IRS and Department of Labor regulatory requirements. In addition, this position acts as a liaison with other business units and represents the department in applicable enterprise projects and new product development and deployment.  The IRA Administrator will work as an individual contributor in a high-energy team, creating workflows and driving technology efficiencies. The IRA Administrator will utilize enterprise technology to support reporting, processes, and member service. As a key contributor, assist in defining the product line roadmap and its implementation and adoption within the company. The IRA Administrator will also support the roll out of Trust & Estate Account processes and advancement.

Essential Functions:
• Facilitate and oversee IRS driven master plan agreement amendments and member communication strategy, as needed.
• Serve as liaison with business unit and project management, research, and analysis and information technology to ensure the smooth transition of new products, services and/or processes for support within the business unit. 
• Identify and deploy stakeholders during process improvements or projects.
• Evaluates and analyzes business unit operations to ensure proper application and adoption of technology and support resources.
• Master and utilize Business Intelligence (BI) resources to include MicroStrategy and Tableau, creating on-demand and ad hoc reports for use in auditing, tax form and Symitar functionality testing, identifying subpopulations for analysis, and assessing opportunities for enhancements and/or risk mitigation. 
• Identify and recommend system improvement opportunities. 
• Monitor all organization projects to ensure consistency and satisfaction of interface requirements for existing and newly developing systems. 
• Initiate regular communication with all levels of organization, industry peers, service providers and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and application systems development and support. 
• Participate in strategic planning and budget preparation.
• Master DocuSign systems for configuring documents, workflows, and administration settings. 
• Master Temenos to design workflow processes to improve efficiency and communication quality.
• Design and coordinate system testing and UAT for patch releases, end of year processes, and newly deployed solutions.
• Maintain and distribute excellent records of meeting content, process definition, and policy decisions.
• Assess risks of changes to processes and recommend solutions to manage risks identified.
• Support assessment of vendor product offering, contracts and due diligence for existing and new vendors.
• Responsible for consistently practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
• Responsible for requirements gathering and all business requirement documentation.
• Monitor performance metrics to optimize performance.
• Identifies, tracks and reports on key metrics.
• Develop strategies and tactical plans to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to identify and break down business problems.
• Must be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
• Tested intermediate to expert knowledge of MS Excel
• Tested intermediate to expert knowledge of MS OneNote
• Tested intermediate to expert knowledge of MicroStrategy and/or Tableau
• Must have strong research, problem solving, analytical, organizational and decision-making skills
• Must have experience in gathering business requirements and strong documentation skills
• Produce a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple priorities 
• This position will be located in the Peachtree City – Wisdom Road branch location, but candidate must be willing to travel to Atlanta-area branches and work evenings and weekends as needed
• Successful applicant will be required to complete CIP designation within 18 months of start date
• Working knowledge and understanding of credit union products, services, policies and procedures 
• General knowledge of regulatory compliance necessary to successfully perform job responsibilities
• Applies knowledge of credit union systems, policies, and procedures
• Able to lift 50 pounds 
• Complies with all Credit Union policies and procedures including those related to Bank Secrecy Act regulations

Preferred Qualifications:
• CTFA (Certified Trust Financial Advisor) designation
• Project Management Certification
• 2+ years of credit union or financial services experience
• 3+ years of professional environment work experience
