Initiative Project Manager

This is a 40 hour/week freelance assignment that requires being onsite 2-3 days per week in Hapeville/Atlanta, GA and work regular business hours. This is non-negotiable.

Position Overview
The Initiative Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects that drive strategic initiatives within the organization. This role focuses on ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the companys goals, particularly in the areas of merchandising and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
• Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress and gather feedback.
• Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in merchandising or eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in stakeholder management and team collaboration.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
