Job Title: Payroll Tax Analyst

Client: Banking

Location: Tampa, FL 33610 - Hybrid Role - 2 day onsite.

Duration: 06 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)

Pay Range: $38/hr - $39/hr (without any benefits)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of employee payroll taxation calculations
• Multistate Payroll Tax filings.
• Working knowledge of country tax and income deductions and regulations
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills
• 5-8 years of experience in a related role

• Prepares manual pay calculations and reworks.
• Resolves and responds directly to employee inquiries and transactions regarding pay and benefits
• Knowledgeable with employee payroll tax calculations.
• Knowledgeable with payroll reconciliation, year-end balancing,g and W2s.
• Experience filing multi-state payroll tax returns for Federal, State, and Local tax authorities as well as Canada. (Including W-2s, RL-1s and T-4s)
• Interacts with the department and senior management regarding performance of assigned area(s).
