We are looking for a Floorplan Analyst to join the team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing floorplans to ensure they align with business objectives and customer needs.
This role will require collaboration with various cross-functional teams and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and digestible manner.
Responsibilities: - Analyze and optimize floorplans to ensure they align with business objectives and customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Space Planning, Inventory, Assortment Analytics, Visual, Store Design, and Store Operations
Engage with merchant and space teams to deliver store-planogram assignments, recommended brand adjacencies, and analytics
Present and influence complex ideas, translating them into simple documentation for team members - Utilize Floorplan Optimization tools and department lines to make data-driven recommendations
Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Analytics, or related field
Required Skills: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a simple and digestible manner
Experience working with Floorplan Optimization tools is a plus - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on space productivity and customer needs
