This is a hybrid position in Seattle, Washington. You MUST be able to commute 2x a week into a Seattle office location.
As Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for increasing acquisition, adoption and engagement for our Business Enterprise Solutions with senior decision makers in the Commercial Sector. You will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to deliver strategic marketing programs including content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. You will strategically plan and execute the most effective and efficient marketing mix to maximize marketing driven pipeline opportunity. To be successful in this role, you will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders to align and implement strategies.
We are looking for an individual with broad experience in designing and delivering Integrated Marketing Campaigns. This includes expertise in field marketing motions like executive engagement programs, 3rd party trade shows, webinars and digital marketing. This role also requires skills in strategic thinking, relationship building, and problem solving. The individual will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, have impeccable attention to detail, and will have a track record of on-time delivery of projects. Key Job Responsibilities:
- Deeply know and advocate for the customer: Who they are, their pain points, where and how we can reach them, and the value proposition that we can uniquely offer to delight them as we meet their needs.
- Develop and execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns (IMCs) to reach and engage these senior decision makers.
- Design and deliver field marketing motions like Executive Engagement Events, Webinars, Trade Shows/Conferences, Sponsorships and Email.
- Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Sales Enablement, and Product stakeholders, as well as external agencies and partners.
- Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes.
Job Requirements:
- 2-4 Years with Digital Marketing Campaigns
- 1-2 Years with Email campaigns
- 1-2 Years with Event Marketing Management
- 2-4 years of Integrated Marketing
- 1-2 years Developing Webinars
- 1-2 years with Executive Engagement Programs
- Strategic thought leadership
- Experience with SalesForce, Airtable, Asana, or another project management tool
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.64 to $49.61 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
