Our client, a well-known nonprofit in Midtown is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support the Head of Philanthropy. This role requires a savvy Executive Assistant who is a master scheduler and can pivot quickly. The role also includes travel booking, scheduling, expense generating, and utilizing Raiser's Edge to source and update contacts. Other ad hoc tasks include supply ordering, tech troubleshooting, and clerical tasks. 3-5+ years in a similar role is required. This role requires a strong writer as this role interfaces with donors. The position is onsite 2-3 days a week with flexibility for more, the other days work from home, hours are 9am to 5pm.
